Upon
verification of credit references an
account number will be issued to you
You
may be granted an open 30 day account or
a COD account.
COD
accounts may pay with a credit card and
avoid a $8.50 COD charge.
TERMS:
2% Net 25th except all exports. Our
billing cycle ends on the 25th of each
month. If payment has not been received
by the following billing cycle, accounts
will be put on hold and a 1.5% service
charge will be added.
Freight:
Freight will be
pre-paid on orders of $550.00
or more except for Alaska, Hawaii, &
Puerto Rico. There will be a $2.00
handling charge on all orders that do
not meet freight pre-paid requirements.
Next-Day Freight Program:
Any engine part or
any Engine Kit in our Rock Products
Catalog can be shipped out Next-Day for
just $12.95. Order what you need,
no Minimum-No Maximum. Just say "Ship it
Next-Day". All add-on orders will
be considered a new order since all
orders are immediately processed to our
warehouse. For customers in Alaska and
Hawaii the Freight charge for Next-Day
will be $24.95, no Minimum-No Maximum.

modify this program at any time as need
requires)
Drop Ship:
Drop Shipping is an
extra $5.00, in addition to your freight.
Returns:
Returns to Rock
Products must be sent freight prepaid by
the customer. A 15% restocking fee will
be charged for non authorized returns. A
restocking fee will be waived with a
offsetting order.
Warranty:
All Rock Products
carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty
whichever comes first. Claims for
warranty must be made by the original
purchaser direct from D&J Rock Products,
Inc. This warranty is limited to the
replacement of the defective product
only. Any alleged defective products
must be returned to D&J Rock Products,
Inc for inspection for warranty to be
approved. D&J Rock Products, Inc will
not be responsible for any labor,
towing, fluids, freon, filters. |
